Kathryn Marr
Kathryn has been a physical therapist for 30 years and obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. She has been teaching Pilates since 2002, when she completed a Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation program in Santa Cruz California.
Though the years she has worked in many different physical therapy centers with a focus in outpatient physical therapy and has also worked with many Pilates professionals. As a PT, she takes into consideration what injury or medical history has brought a client to Pilates, and she also focuses on whole body alignment and strengthening. She utilizes manual therapy to help people improve movement and decrease pain, is Reiki certified, and has completed several Craniosacral courses.


Alyssa Viola
Alyssa is a Level 1 Peak Pilates certified Instructor. Her background includes a BS in nursing, and she spent several years working in intensive care and surgical fields. Her clinical background from nursing has helped her emphasize safe, intentional movement in Pilates, and she uses this experience to help clients improve everyday quality of life.
Pilates has been transformative for her personally, and she believes in mindful movement to help clients feel connected both physically and mentally.
Her goal is to help clients build strength, stability, and confidence to use in their daily lives.
